Refunds

Returns

  • We accept returns for damaged items within 15 days.
  • To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • We do not offer returns and exchanges for wrong sizes. Please check the chart included with apparel descriptions before ordering. If you are unsure of the size, you may wish to order from our Amazon store where returns are free for Prime members: amazon.com/designcabbage
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Please do not send your purchase back to the printer. To return your product, you should mail your product to: DesignCabbage, 1001 S Main St, Saint Charles MO 63301, United States 

Exchanges (if applicable)

  • If you need to exchange for the same item, send us an email at holly@designcabbage.com and send your item to: DesignCabbage, 1001 S Main St, Saint Charles MO 63301, United States. 

Shipping returns

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 
  • If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
