Refund policy

Order Cancellations and Modifications

• Orders may be cancelled or modified within one hour. Once an order is entered in the printer's system, we are not able to make changes.

Refunds-Returns

• We accept returns for items within 30 days of delivery date.
• To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition received.
• Please do not send your purchase back to the printer. To return your product, you should mail your product to: DesignCabbage, 1001 S Main St, Saint Charles MO 63301, United States
  
• To initiate a return, please email us at holly@designcabbage.com with your order number.

Shipping Returns

• Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. 
• If you are shipping items over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
